Do I need a website to use MenuDock?

No. We host your branded storefront on a free menudock.co.uk subdomain, or you can connect your own custom domain in a few minutes.

How do payments work?

Customers pay through Stripe Checkout. Funds settle directly to your own Stripe account — MenuDock never holds your money.

Is there a commission on each order?

No commission. You pay a flat monthly subscription and standard Stripe processing fees. What you earn from the order is yours.

Can I connect my existing POS?

Yes. We support Square, EposNow and others. Products and prices sync automatically, and new orders push into your POS as they come in.

How quickly can I go live?

Most restaurants are taking real orders within the same day. Upload your menu, connect Stripe, plug in the tablet, and you are live.

What does the tablet do?

It is your real-time kitchen screen. Paid orders appear instantly with status buttons — received, preparing, ready, delivered — and an audible alert.
